Product Description The Master Lock No. 2953DAT features a portable 12-Volt DC electric winch designed to withstand up to 2,000 pounds of pulling capacity. The winch includes a galvanized steel cable and hook for additional safety. The winch is attached with the provided steel mounting plate.
