Product Description The MQ-1 Predator was developed as an Advanced Concept Technology Demonstration (ACTD) program and has participated in various training exercises, deployments and other operational deployments. In October 2001, the MQ-1 was deployed to Afghanistan, providing intelligence and a strike capability in support of Operation Enduring Freedom. The Predator participated in Roving Sands 1995, an annual exercise held in the southwestern United States and it played a substantial role during its deployment to the European theater in the summer of 1995. Since 1995, MQ-1s have been operational in Bosnia for its intelligence gathering capabilities and it served in over 600 missions. This handcrafted model is painted in the same paint scheme as the original and is painstakingly built from Philippine mahogany by our skilled craftsmen.
