SIZING RECOMMENDATIONS FROM TOMMY KONO: Small: Fits up to 130 lb. bodyweight. Medium: Fits 130 lb. to 250 lb. bodyweight. Large: Fits over 250 lb. bodyweight. Your knees are critical for stability and strength in all movements. So if you put your knees out of action, you're out of action. T. K. Knee Bands provides full flexibility to your knee joints, conditioning them to be strong and stable. Use them for injury prevention against repetitive and vigorous knee activities like leg squats and powerlifting movements. The TK Band provides warmth and locks in the body heat to make your knees perspire. The body heat will mold the TK Band to the contour of your knees making it comfortable to use. This also increases blood circulation to your knees to enhance your movements. T. K. Knee Bands were designed by powerlifter Tommy Kono, winner of Olympic records.
