Shi Zhi Tang, Cross Way Sequence, includes new techniques that build upon earlier Long Fist sequences, adding kicks, side door attacks, and forceful strikes. Nicholas holds a B.S. & M.S. in Computer Science from Brown University, and a B.A.S. in Computer Animation & Visual Effects from Ex pression College for Digital Arts. He is the principal Shaolin instructor at YMAA Boston, and President of YMAA International (Yang\'s Martial Arts Association).
