This fiber optic stripper strips the 1. 6-3 mm fiber jacket, 600-900 micron buffer coating, and 250 micron coating down to expose the 125 micron glass fiber. The first hole strips the fiber jacket down to the 600-900 micron buffer coating. The second hole then strips the buffer coating down to the 250 micron coating. The third hole strips the 250 micron coating down to the 125 micron glass fiber without nicks or scratches. This tool also has a safety lock that allows the tool to be easily stored when not in use. The tool is made of strong high carbon steel and the handle grip is made of TPR (Thermoplastic Rubber) for long life, high durability and great comfort.
