상품설명
Insert size:N123E2-0200-0002-GF | Cutting width:0.079 Inches | Corner Radius:0.0079 Inches | Insert seat size:E | Number of Items:10 This Sandvik Coromant CoroCut 2-Edge indexable grooving insert is carbide GC2135 grade and has two cutting edges, a non-handed 0-degree cutting angle, and a GF chipbreaker for neutral-cut external or internal grooving of stainless steel at low feed rates. GC2135 grade is a medium-temperature chemical vapor deposition (MTCVD) coating of titanium carbonitride (TiCN), titanium nitride (TiN), and aluminum oxide (Al2O3) over carbide that provides toughness for shock resistance without limiting hardness for wear resistance in difficult-to-average machining conditions. MTCVD coatings are deposited at lower temperatures than CVD coatings to reduce cracks in the coating. The insert has a GF chipbreaker that has a sharp cutting edge for precision grooving at low feed rates. This double-edged insert has a non-handed 0-degree cutting angle for a neutral cutting direction. It has a V-shape or rail-shape clamping groove on both sides. Tolerance of the cutting width of the insert is + or - 0.0008". Grooving inserts are coded according to their specific cutting and application capability (e.g., N123M1-0900-0008-GM). Each section of the code represents details of the insert: hand, compatible toolholder series, seat size, number of edges, insert width, lead angle, corner radius, and chipbreaker. Generally, as the insert size becomes larger, the maximum cutting depth increases. Cutting depth influences the material removal rate, the number of cuts, and chip evacuation efficiency when using the insert. Indexable inserts are small cutting tools designed to remove material in external and internal cutting applications such as turning, milling, drilling, parting, and grooving. They are held by an insert holder and usually have multiple cutting edges that can be rotated when one edge wears down. Multiple inserts can accomplish a variety of cuts in one operation. Sandvik Coromant produces tools for turning, milling, and drilling. Headquartered in Sweden, the company manufactures tools used throughout the metalworking field, including the automotive and aerospace, die and mold, and general engineering industries. Matching Inserts to Holders These inserts are used with the Sandvik Coromant CoroCut 1-2, an indexable holding system for internal and external medium to deep parting, grooving, and profiling operations. The V- or rail-shape design of the toolholder provides secure clamping.
