Vibra-TITE 530 High Strength Retaining Compound is a single part, low viscosity, fast curing anaerobic resin used for bonding rigid assemblies of all types. This material can be used effectively to increase the strength of most mechanical assemblies. Vibra-TITE 530 can be used in a broad variety of applications such as locks keys and splines, locks bearings in place preventing spin-out, bonds rotor to shaft in low horsepower motors, augments press fits, locks bushings and sleeves in housings and on shafts, restores the fit to worn assemblies or out-oftolerance parts. This lower viscosity product is recommended for interference or press fit parts where large gap filling is not required. Ensure parts are clean, dry and free from oil and grease before use. Product is normally hand applied from the bottle onto parts. Fixture Speed with Primer is <5 minutes. Fixture Speed without Primer is 10-20 minutes at77 degree F. Shelf Life is 12 months at 68 degree F. 24 hours at 68 degree F Full Cure Time. Product should be stored in a cool and dry location at temperatures between -10 degree C to 30 degree C. Optimal storage is 22 +/- 4 degree C. Shelf life is 18 months from date of manufacture when stored at 22 +/- 4 degree C. General purpose. For stainless steel and other inert metal threaded pipes and fittings. Gasoline resistant.
