When Frankie stumbles across a hidden Hall of Halloween deep in the school catacombs, she discovers that Halloween was once a holiday in which the Normies gave thanks to the monsters, and her excitement causes her to inadvertently start a monster revolution to take back Halloween. Cleo attempts to step up and lead the monsters in these tough times, mostly in an effort to please her father Ramses, but things go terribly wrong when the monsters crash a Normie Halloween party and Holt ends up getting framed for tagging the Normies' school. In the end, it's up to Frankie to make one last desperate attempt to clear Holt's name and prove that the Normies and monsters are more alike than they are different--no small feat for the new girl in school.
