Clear-seal is designed for use on commercial garage floors, warehouse or industrial floors, residential driveways or patios, brick pavers and vertical surfaces in public areas where ease of cleaning is important. Clear-seal acrylic sealer is available in both a low and high gloss sheen depending on the desired look. It can be applied as an independent sealer or protective Topcoat over a previously painted surface. Tough, durable Clear protection against impacts, heavy vehicular and pedestrian traffic. Resists hot tire Pick-Up for use in automotive, warehouse, commercial and residential applications. Choice of high gloss or low gloss system for enhanced visual appearance. Non-yellowing formula resists damage from UV rays for superior outdoor performance. Resistant to stains, acids, bases, gasoline, alcohol and oil (vegetable and motor). Clear protection on murals and protects painted vertical surfaces for easier dirt and stain cleanup. Quick 1 hour Recoat time for application of second coat- gets the project done sooner. Low carbon footprint – low VOC, low odor, water based, non-toxic, no cancer-causing formula.
