상품설명
The Glas-Col 099C K54 Variable Speed Motor Drive Homogenizer is a stirrer homogenizer with a speed controller, two output drive shafts, a switch for reversing direction, and is suitable for the gentle dispersion of tissue and cells. This analog unit has a variable speed of 333 to 4,000rpm and an electronic motor controller that maintains speed regardless of changes in viscosity. This electronic controller sits separate from the drive motor, connected by a cord, for protection against corrosive fume hood environments and for ease of access, and provides smooth rotation and repeatability while reducing motor temperature and noise. The 1/4hp drive motor has a geared output shaft for higher torque applications and lower speeds, and a direct-drive output shaft for lower torque applications and higher speeds. A reversing switch on the controller allows the motor shaft to rotate the pestle clockwise or counterclockwise during homogenization (pestle sold separately). This motor drive homogenizer and controller are suitable for applications where gentle dispersion and sustained stirring speed of samples is required. SpecificationsSpeed range333 to 4,000rpmGeared output shaft5/16" diameter, 5.4 in-lb. torqueDirect-drive output shaft5/16" diameter, 0.26 in-lb. torquePower120V, 6ft. cord with 3-prong plugMotor dimensions5.50 x 4.38 x 4.38 inches (H x W x D) H is height, the vertical distance from the lowest to highest point; W is width, the horizontal distance from left to right; D is depth, the horizontal distance from front to back. Glas-Col manufactures products such as rotators, mixers, and heaters for laboratory and industrial applications. The company, founded in 1939 and headquartered in Terre Haute, IN, meets International Organization for Standardization (ISO) standard 9001:2008.
