They are manufactured in the USA using patterns and specifications to the original vehicle. This item is made from Stayfast Canvas which is mold and mildew resistance and has superior resistance to long term exposure to the sun. Stayfast is a durable three-ply composite made of acrylic square weave outer fabric, a rubber inner layer, and a cotton lining. PRODUCT FEATURES Precision cut with Gerber automated computer guided cutting equipment The entire top is cut from the same bolt of cloth for consistent color & pattern Stitched with matching colors using the finest bonded polyester threads Factory-style headliner attachment installed around window with pre-punched holes Deck seams are heat-sealed from the inside as original using specialized equipment Includes die-cut plastic retainer attachments for a great factory-style fit All elastics and bungee cords, like original, are included Glass window bonding upgraded to the 2011 and newer VW Beetle design specifications Comes ready to install out of the box. No sewing required. Includes a PDF installation guide that can be mailed to you at your request, however we recommend professional installation for best results.
