Designed to power battery operated equipment (radios, TVs, recorders, etc.) drawing up to 1 amp. current (1000mA). Completely regulated and maintains voltage constant within 1 Volt despite wide variations in load current. Accepts 12-16VDC input from cigarette lighter sockets on autos, boats, trucks, snowmobiles, etc using a conventional negative ground. The cigarette lighter circuit is protected from overloads by a 2-amp fuse in the plug of the converter. This fuse can be replaced if necessary. Maximum Current Specifications: 12VDC - 1Amp. (100mA); 9VDC - 500 mA; 6VDC - 500 mA; 3VDC - 300 mA. Comes with 6 adapter plugs to match nearly all applications. Polarity reversal achieved by rotating adapter plugs 180 degrees. Plug sizes: 5.5 X 2.5mm, 5.5 X 2.1mm, 5.5 X 1.5mm, 5.0 X 2.1mm, 3.5 X 1.35mm, 3.5mm(O.D. x I.D.)
