DIRECTIONS Take 2-3 dessertspoonfuls a day, with mealsingested directly with some liquid or mixed with yogurt, etc. In case of triglycerides or high cholesterol, take 3 teaspoons of dessert a day. La lecitina es el alimento que aporta fósforo y colina. MODO DE EMPLEO Tomar de 2 a 3 cucharaditas de postre al día, ingeridas directamente con algún líquido o bien mezcladas con yogurt, etc. En caso de triglicéridos o colesterol alto, tomar 3 cucharaditas de postre al día.
