In response to a call for industrial grade rings for arborist use, Tylaska introduces the TR Series Tree Rigging Rings. Expanded to maximum proportions, Tylaska TR Rigging rings are specialized for tight turns and high loads. Tylaska TR Rigging rings use the innate strength of the line to provide a seamless anchor point stronger than the line itself. Lighter and smaller than a conventional pulley block, rigging rings have become a popular alternative for many applications where traditional blocks once ruled. In addition to being lighter and less expensive than conventional blocks, rigging rings are also less prone to failure since there are no pulleys to crack or bearings to foul. Tumble finished and Type III Mil-Spec hardcoat anodized, Tylaska takes no shortcuts toward providing the best possible quality for riggers and arborists across the world. Precaution: TR Rigging rings, splices, and lines must be inspected before each use. Use professional, qualified splicing to tightly secure all rigging rings. Keep rigging and hardware clean and free of abrasive particles. Always follow loading, safety factor, and temperature ratings recommended by line manufacturer. Always monitor heat buildup at the low friction surface and its affects on temperature sensitive rigging lines: Traditional pulley blocks are recommended for instances involving significant line travel and/or friction. Overloading will be displayed by overall elongation of the ring with pinching of the outer groove. Do not use rings that are deformed or missing low friction coating. Additional derating is required when line bend ratio does not meet recommended standard for fixed points. Made in USA ISO9001:2015 & AS9100D Certified facility
