Whitening toothpastes help to remove surface stains while brushing through abrasive properties. Most whitening toothpastes are not recommended for long-term use due to their abrasiveness. However, due to Opalescence Whitening Toothpaste’s formula, it is gentle enough for everyday use while still abrasive enough to remove enamel surface stains.
