The Stretch Ozonic is a lightweight, high-performance 2.5-layer shell that excels on rugged trails in difficult, wet conditions. It boasts our Dry.Q Active technology, which banishes moisture, and is made with a fantastic stretch fabric that will move with you when you need it most. The Mountain Hardwear Stretch Ozonic Outdoor Jacket is equipped with Dry.Q Active which is used to meet the high-movement, high-breathability and low weight requirements of aerobic sports like running. The technology combines the waterproof protection of a hard shell with super light and stretch fabrics. By engineering fabric layer by layer and by combining performance fabrics in new ways, we can give athletes the protection of a rain jacket with the lightweight stretch and moisture management of a running top. Fitted with a high-performance 2.5-layer shell with 40D face fabric which provides a light and durable fit. The most distinguishing feature of the Ozonic is its four-way stretch fabric as you can pinch it between your fingers and stretch it each and every way. This enables you a natural range of motion and under a backpack, this translates into a very comfortable layer that virtually disappears as the day wears on. Additionally, the Ozonic features short pit zips that are made of a non-waterproof zipper so that they are easier to pull and also add added ventilation when needed. With the use of velcro cuffs, it enables you to cinch them in around the wrists and keep the elements out, keeping you feeling dry and comfortable. Featuring an adjustable hood with toggles that are hidden away within the fabric flaps on the front of the jacket and a structured brim to hold its shape.
