Size:25/40/60Mpa/9 Couplings 3type The Use and Maintenance of Pressure Measuring Device 1) In using, pressure connector should be installed in the test site of pressure measurement system. The connecting thread of pressure measuring joint should be matched to the threads of the pressure measuring hose. 2) The pressure device can be also measured when the hydraulic system is running, but user should confirm that the pressure point of the pressure gauge is within the range. 3) The pressure device should be placed flat, the distance between pressure measuring point and the pressure device does not exceed 85% of hose length. 4) In measuring pressure, the pressure measurement hose should be connected to the corresponding pressure gauge joint, and then unscrew the dust cover of pressure measuring tie-in, connect the other end of the pressure measuring hose to the pressure connector, user can carry out pressure detection. 5 After measuring pressure, you should first unscrew the pressure measuring hose that is connected to the pressure connector, screwed on the dust cover, then unscrew the pressure measurement hose that is connected to the corresponding pressure gauge joint. 6) After testing, the oil on the pressure device should be wiped, cover the lid and lock it. 7) The device should be kept careful in using and storage, and pressure gauge should be inspected after six months.
