Suitable for wide ranges of applicationsApplications: Cuts all composition materials, plywood, hardwoods, and softwoods, chipboard, and MDF etc. Great for cutting square grooves, and cleaning out dadoes. Cannot be used to cut ferrous metal and non wood materials. suggested feeding speed: 8-12M/Min; suggested spindle speed: 18000-24000RPMFeatures: Industrial grade carbide tip with sharp cutting edge, high hardness and long life. Solid hardened steel (45+hardness) body with anti-kickback design. Be sure to use only router bits and accessories designed for the router.Easy to Use: Use on electric router, carving machine, edge trimmer, CNC and other automatic routers. All bits must be inserted in the collet in full length.The tool shank should be installed with a clamping depth of at least 1-inch to maintain the proper pressure carrying range.
