He began acting when he was age 13, appearing in Strangers, a local television production. He attended Westlake Boys High School and Birkenhead Primary. He first became a star in his home country, when he starred in the series, Shortland Street, playing the character Stuart Neilson from 1992 to 1995, in the early to mid 90s. He then moved to Australia to star in the short-lived soapie, Echo Point, and Sweat, which also starred a very young Heath Ledger. The pair became friends, and Martin convinced Heath to move to Sydney and make a go of his career, and the two lived together. Martin also worked on Home and Away, and Big Sky, as well as getting an AFI Award nomination for his supporting role in the Aussie film Kick. Martin left Australia to study acting and theatre in New York, where he also looked up Heath in LA. Henderson spent more than a year unsuccessfully auditioning for film roles in Los Angeles, but in 2001, he was finally cast, in a supporting role in the John Woo-directed war film, Windtalkers. In 2002, he starred opposite actress Naomi Watts in the horror film, The Ring. In 2005, he starred opposite Indian actress Aishwarya Rai in the romantic film Bride & Prejudice, and in the award-winning Little Fish starring Cate Blanchett. In 2010, it was announced Henderson had been cast in the creator of Grey's Anatomy new television series Off the Map wherein doctors travel to the end of the world to rediscover why they had initially wanted to become doctors. Ed Ragozzino - Ragozzino worked as a voice talent and actor in film, TV and radio productions. He was a high school and college drama teacher who also directed regional stage shows. He provided voiceovers for Soloflex, Subaru, Mercedes Benz, AT&T, National Geographic, The History Channel and the Oregon Coast Aquarium. He also voiced characters for the 1994 video game Metaltech: Earthsiege. About the Director Charles Grinker - As President and Creative Director for Charles Grinker Productions, Inc. Charles has conceptualized, produced and wrote EMMY and Peabody award winning programs and series since the 1980's. Also, as President of Charles Grinker Productions, Inc. he received multiple EMMY Awards as Executive Producer of the 19-hour A Walk Through the 20th Century with Bill Moyers, and the 17-part series Creativity with Bill Moyers. Charles also won the Peabody-Award winner for A Walk Through the 20th Century. Charles is also multiple-award winner for the 12-hour series with Richard Dreyfuss The Class of the 20th Century, in association with A&E Network. As President of the Corporation for Entertainment & Learning. Inc., Charles produced, wrote, and has directed more than 200 television programs. Wes Llewellyn - Wes is a director and cinematographer, known for It's Supernatural (2007), The Moment After (1999) and Up in the Air (2009). Phil Cook - Phillip Cooke was born in Penrith, Cumbria in 1980, spending the first 18 years of his life in the Lake District. He studied composition in Durham and Manchester Universities and for a PhD with Anthony Powers at Cardiff University. He has had works played across the country by many of the countrys top choirs and ensembles. He was artistic director of the London Contemporary Music Group (LCMG) from 2004-10, and wrote five works for them. Recent works were featured in the London Festival of Contemporary Church Music, Lake District Summer Music Festival (LDSM), Tête à Tête Opera Festival, Musica Sacrae (Poland), Sound Festival (Aberdeen) and the John Armitage Memorial (JAM) concerts. Works were performed in most of the leading cathedrals and churches in the UK. The US premiere of his first set of Preces and Responses was given in July 2012 and has been performed by several choirs across the country. As of 2011 his choral works will be published by Novello, Schott and Cadenza. In 2012 he was a winner of the Musica Sacra International Composers Competition 2012 which led to performances in Poland and Lithuania and in 2016 he won the Gesualdo Six Composition Prize for his motet Judas Mercartor Pessimus. His second set of Preces and Responses (2012) was premiered on BBC Radio 3 Choral Evensong as was his organ piece Exsultet (2014). His large-scale choral/orchestral work Noahs Fire was premiered in Chester Cathedral in November 2015. A CD of his choral works performed by the Chapel Choir of Selwyn College, Cambridge and Onyx Brass was released to great acclaim on Regent Records in April 2014, and the CD of The Eternal Ecstasy (again performed by Selwyn) including his motet of the same name reached the classical charts top 10 in August 2015. He is strongly influenced by his native Lake District and by history. His main musical influences are found in continuing and reconciling a pastoral British tradition; he has written articles on the Liturgical music of James MacMillan and the canticles of Herbert Howells. He has recently co-edited a book of essays on Howells which was published by Boydell and Brewer in October 2013. He is married with two children, lives in Aberdeenshire and supports Everton. From 2007-08 he was a Career Development Fellow at the Faculty of Music, Oxford University and a Junior Research Fellow (2007-10) at The Queens College, Oxford University.
