You asked for it, and we delivered! This pneumatic 14-pc. Milton (MK506-2) Inflator Gauge, Blow Gun, and M-Style KWIK-CHANGE® coupler/plug air accessory kit includes a variety of couplers, plugs and fittings with a 1/4" basic flow size (air handling capacity). It features the Milton S-210 (12-pc. set), Milton’s S-506 dual chuck inflator tire gauge (the first gauge of this kind ever built in the industry), and the Milton #S-153 lever blow gun (perfect for removing debris in areas you don’t want to scratch the surface, offering a tight fit). This essential air tool kit is ideal for any home garage or automotive shop. Dual head chuck inflator gauge is made of heavy duty construction which provides for long life, even under extreme use and conditions. *Milton specialize in inflator gauges and is the first in the industry to offer replacement cartridges. Milton M-Style Kwik Change couplers are made of brass, while M-Style Kwik Change plugs are made of case-hardened steel and are plated to resist rust. This collection of couplers and plugs: - Will interchange with all manufacturers who comply with the dimensional requirements of military specification MIL-C-4109. - Offer a maximum airflow of 40 standard cubic feet per minute (SCFM). - Offer a maximum of 300 pounds per square inch (PSI). - Can withstand a max temperature of 250 degrees Fahrenheit. - Are made in the USA. KIT INCLUDES: (1) Dual chuck head tire inflator gauge w/15” hose (1) Straight lever blow gun with rubber tip (2) 1/4"" FNPT couplers (8) 1/4"" MNPT plugs (2) 1/4"" FNPT plugs Individual Milton Item Part #’s: #S-506 inflator gauge #S-153 blow gun #715 coupler (1/4" FNPT) #727 plug (1/4" MNPT) #728 plug (1/4" FNPT) INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE: If using a dual head type tire chuck with an inflator gauge and notice air is escaping through the off-side once connected to the tire’s Schrader valve, simply release the trigger and remove the inflator from the Schrader/tire valve. Point the straight side of the outlet up into the air (make sure it’s not pointed at someone). Squeeze trigger, allow air to flow (gravity will cause the sealing valve to drop), and place the chuck end onto the Schrader/tire valve while air is still flowing. Air will start to flow into the tire. Dual head type tire chucks are unable to inflate a completely flat (zero air pressure) tire. Tire air pressure would normally cause the sealing valve to move and seal the unused side of the chuck. However, if a tire has 0 air pressure, the self-sealing valve has no pressure to react to.
