상품설명
The 10A has a heating surface of 120 inches and overall length of 140 inches. It will designed to fit inside 1/2 inch ID PVC pipe. It has the longest bending length of our products except for the 20A. This unit heats up to a full 10\' section of pipe. Be sure to put a connector, tee or other fitting on the ends so they remain round and will more easily accept the fitting you want permanently. PVC Bendits heat to approximately 900 degrees F. The largest ID PVC Schedule 40 pipe we\'ve bent in our shop is 6". It takes time but if you support the PVC Bendit on a piece of angle iron or slotted angle iron and use a few shoulder bolts to center it in the middle you can heat it hands-off. Also you\'ll need to wrap the PVC Pipe with insulation i.e. 1/2" X 36" coated fiberglass pipe insulation or a welders blanket or graphite/carbon fiber heat resistant felt. If you have priced out competitive heaters they typically have ID restrictions as well as length restrictions and they cost much more than PVC Bendits. You can use any of the aforementioned heat resistant materials to lay the PVC Bendit on while it is plugged in but not inside the pipe. We offer the PVC Bendits with heating areas of 3\', 6\', 9\', 10 and 20\' lengths. The longest and lowest price
