The iFilters LWHSD Whole House Water Filter reduces dirt, sand, silt, rust and scale particles and has a flow rate of Up to 8 gallons per minute (gpm). The iFilters LWHSD Meets the water demands of many homes and light commercial applications. The clear housing allows for easy viewing of the cartridge performance. With the built in Pressure Relief button directly above, changing filters is easier as the pressure is reduced in the housing. The iFilters LWHSD can be installed at the point of entry line to your home or at the point of use next to your washing machine, water heater, or under your kitchen sink to extend the life of your appliances. The iFilters LWHSD is a perfect, more affordable replacement, alternative to the AP101. With filter performance to rival the AP110, the iFilters LWHSD internal filter allows the use of the AP110 or the OEM SG5-2510 for better filtration results. Specs: Designed and assembled in California, built from Certified Components. 3/4" Female NPT Ports. Convenient built in Pressure Relief button. 5 micron rated filtration. Multi-stage filter construction maximizes dirt-holding capacity. Ridged design maximizes surface area, increasing overall filter life. Flow rate of 8 gallons/30.3 liters per minute provides a steady supply of filtered water. Disposable filter cartridges simplify system maintenance. Uses Standard 2.5"" x 10"" filter part# SG5-2510.
