One of our most popular battery backup lights, this cost-effective unit features fully adjustable square LED lighting heads that can be pointed in any forward direction. The MINI-SQ-L-W-CS has a nickel-cadmium battery backup which provides a minimum 90-minute emergency run time in case of emergency power outage.The design has recently been updated and now the light will flush-mount to your wall right out of the box. The "CS" in MINI-SQ-L-W-CS stands for "cord set", which means that the unit comes with a 10ft plug-in cord, so that you don't have to connect the unit directly to electricity. Being able to plug-in your emergency light makes it a great choice for homes and other places where it's not as easy to access electricity, but where an emergency light is still desired.The thermoplastic housing is flame retardant and the square lamp heads each contain 8 long lasting, bright white LEDs (16 diodes total). The unit only consumes 1.1 watts of electricity per cycle when activated, and draws nearly zero power when AC current is flowing through the circuit. Best of all, you will never have to replace the bulbs during the entire lifespan of the unit! The MINI-SQ-L-W-CS series is a contemporary-looking fixture which offers several mounting options (universal bracket included), and can be installed to a wall or ceiling. Features 10-foot plug-in cord set included Fully LED! Uses low-maintenance NiCads instead of heavy SLA batteries. Injection-molded, UL94 V-0 flame retardant thermoplastic housing. Universal back plate for quick hook-up. Manual Diagnostic test switch to perform monthly/yearly tests per UL. Dual primary 120 or 277 VAC operation. UL Listed for damp locations. Fully automatic solid-state, two-rate charger.
