The Sephia BB C3000S is a reel which is specifically developed for EGI fishing. It has the ideal gear ratio and retrieve speed to present the EGI lure in the ideal way. The shallow spool is ideal to use in combination with thin braided lines. This reel is designed to be used for EGI fishing (squid, cuttlefish): this is what the SEPHIA concept is all about. The shallow spool + AR-C spool makes far casting possible with the egi lure, while the gear ratio is ideal for retrieving the EGI lure. However, this reel can be used for many types of other fishing as well.
