This Rustic American Flag Skull is made from High Quality US Steel and comes with one 1/2" split ring to secure the bell and a 5/16" black button head bolt with one nylock nut to ensure your bell hanger is 100% secure on your motorcycle.This punisher skull is 2-1/2" from top to bottom and 2-5/8" wide adding more style and personalization to your motorcycle making you stand out from the crowd!Most bells are hung by simply tying the bell to the frame of the motorcycle resulting in the bell falling off down the road. Every motorcycle is different and there are many different locations to mount your bell hanger to your motorcycle. As an example, most Harley Davidson touring frames have an empty bolt hole at the bottom of the front of the frame. We have also seen some people mount them to another empty bolt hole further up on the frame or use the foot peg or floorboard bolt to secure your bell hanger.
