Harley-Davidson Men\'s Riding Appropriate* Midlands 4.75-Inch Waterproof Black or Grey Boots, D96165, D96166. The Midlands style offers a cross-over option for those wanting a more versatile shoe for biking and other sports. Reminiscent of a laced sneaker, these boots are tough and made for action. Made with waterproof full-grain leather uppers with a breathable Hydro-Guard waterproof membrane full-length lining. A badge denoting the boot\'s waterproof engineering is sewn into the outside face of the boots for easy identification. With a round toe, lacing is accomplished with seven logo eyelets, tying off at the top of the shaft where an extra-long tongue sports a silver, white, and black Bar & Shield logo. The black laces are reflective, all the more to be seen with. A debossed B & S logo is also on the outside face of the shaft. The eyelets and the heel counter have additional leather layers for long-term durability and wear. The top portion of the back shaft has four panels of cushion ribbing, providing extra comfort for a full range of ankle motion for riding, jumping, or running. The ankles have additional protection with PORON, a top choice for extreme impact protection, which means the boots are comfortable, flexible and lightweight while still absorbing more than 90% of energy when impacted at high strain rates. Additionally, the boots have 3M reflective material. The boot\'s sole, insole and upper are bound using cement construction processes, a time honored and durable method that allows for a flexible and easy stride. Rubber outsoles mean a soft and carefree stride. The bottom of the sole features an embedded Bar & Shield orange at the instep. The soles are also an off-white color with a tasteful distressed look. Shaft height: 4.75", Heel height: 1". Sizes US: M 7-12, 13. Manufacturer Part Number, D96165-Black, D96166-Grey.*Riding Appropriate-Welt construction, abrasion, slip, and oil-resistant, resoleable footwear ideal for riding motorcycles.
