30ml PTFE Liner Of Stainless Steel Reactor Teflon Liner Hydrothermal Synthesis Autoclabe Reactor Inner Chemistry Laboratory PTFE Liner is widely used in new materials, energy, environmental engineering and other fields of scientific research and experiments, it is a small commonly used reactor used in university teaching and scientific research. Features of PTFE liner: 1. High temperature resistance: Teflon material actual measuring operating temp. is higher than 220℃, advise safe operating temp. ≤ 220℃. 2. Low temperature resistance: -196℃ could keep 5%. 3. Ultra corrosion resistance: resistant to strong acid, strong base, aqua regia and all kinds of organic solvent. 4. Insulation resistance: dielectric properties have nothing to do with temperature and frequency. 5. High lubrication: the friction coefficient of solid materials is lowest. 6. No adhesion: don\'t adhere to any material, self lubricity is strong, the friction coefficient of solid materials is 0.04. 7. Non hazardous: has physiologically inert, can be embedded in human body, strong aging resistance, guarantee hydrothermal synthesis reactor long service life. 8. Anti-pollution: the baseline value of metallic element is low, lead content <10-11g/ml, uranium content <10-12g/ml.
