Lorenzo N°1 is a Monocultivar Cerasuola, extra virgin olive oil obtained from the selection of the best olives from organic farming, grown in the P.D.O. Valli Trapanesi area. One of the most prestigious Sicilian P.D.O.s. Lorenzo N°3 is a Monocultivar Biancolilla, extra virgin olive oil obtained from the best fruits of the P.D.O. Val di Mazara are, in Central Sicily. Like many precious emeralds hanging from the tree branches, we get this unique olive oil, a product of the faithfulness for organic farming and love for tradition. Lorenzo N°5 is a simply unique oil obtained after much intense research: the careful selection of a single olive variety (Nocellara del Belice), the extraction process that gently removes the stone from the olive without harming the pulp, then under careful observation, the pulp is pressed at very low temperatures using an Alfa-Laval mill.
