BrewJacket Immersion Pro Base Unit Introducing The BrewJacket Immersion Pro, a compact liquid cooler that allows you to create world class ales and lagers without a refrigerator and thermostat setup. This complete fermentation temperature control system brings your fermenting beer down as low as 35 F (20 C) below the ambient temperature in your house and can even use the ambient temperature to heat your wort back up if the temperature drops too low. Utilizing a solid state cooling systems, the Immersion Pro pulls heat out of your beer through the hard anodized transfer rod, through a cooling chip and finally to a heat sink where it is fanned out, no need for compressors, pumps or glycol. The upgraded Immersion Pro can even reverse this process, bringing ambient heat back into wort through the transfer rod to raise the temperature in your beer. This system is also super simply to operate, with only two buttons and displays. The buttons raise and lower the set temperature, while the displays provide a real time readout of both the target temperature and the current temperature in your fermenter. The compact design of the BrewJacket Immersion Pro makes cleaning and storage a breeze. The Immersion\'s rod easily unscrews, allowing you to place inside your fermenter when sanitizing prior to use. After your beer has completed fermentation, clean the transfer rod with soap and hop water using a kitchen sponge and let rod air dry.
