This Thermoplastic Utility Pump offers exceptional power in a small, durable frame and it can easily fit inside a 6 in. opening. Designed to drain standing water from any environment, it's ideal for flooded basements, farm use, draining standing water from swimming pools, fountains, typical residential or commercial water transfer applications, and will pump down to a 1/4 in. The THP model features a continuous-duty, split capacitor motor for optimal performance. Thermally protected, the high-efficiency motor delivers the power necessary for any job. Durable thermoplastic construction ensures this submersible pump can be used time and again without corroding. Water intakes on the side and bottom of the pump allow for continuous pumping with clog-resistant suction. UL/CUL listed and CSA certified and backed by a two-year limited warranty. Dimensions 8"D x 8"W x 11"H NOTE: this pump works in manual mode only, it does not feature any automatic setting Warning: This pump is designed to be used with a lay-flat hose and the adapter included features connections for only that type of hose. A regular garden hose can also be used.
