A very valuable tool for adding a sub to your vehicle’s Bose Stereo. This will save you lots of time and hassle. No need to risk cutting or tapping into your car's sensitive wiring. Simply plug our harness in-line with the main black plug on your vehicle's Bose Amp (diagonal fins). Will not work on Bose amps with gray main plug. Please note that since the Bose system is digital, there is no 12v switched power that can be used to turn on your new amp. Also the signals from the harness are high level. Therefore you will need to use a processor or LOC with high-level signal sensing inputs to handle the signals and turn your amp on. Please note that this harness was originally designed for 2016-2020 Camaro Coupe w/Bose but we have since confirmed that it will also work On 2015-2020 Colorado w/Bose and C7 Corvette w/Bose. Also works On certain models of 2014-2018 Silverado/Sierra with Bose. Models with Front Bucket Seats and Center Console Subwoofer Are Compatible ie Black Main Plug. Models with Front Bench Seat and No Center Console are not compatible ie Gray Main Plug. If you have a Silverado or Sierra, please check and verify the color of the main plug at the amp. Wiring Instructions are included for each applicable vehicle above. Active Noise Cancellation aka ANC is present on most Bose Stereos and uses microphones hidden in the door panels of your vehicle to pick up in-cabin noise. The mics send this information to the amp, which in-turn sends offsetting signals out to all the speakers in the vehicle to help quiet the cabin. This is a great feature until a subwoofer is added. The mics pic up the extra bass and constant and annoying cycle of vicious sound is produced. Our defeat harness will take care of this. Simply plug it in-line of the ANC port on the amp.
