The backpack is made of nylon face with hi-tech polyethylene foam. Features paxis shuttle pod, ARC swing technology, new one-handed pod operation, hi-tech nylon fabrics, ergonomic aluminum frame, comfort fit padded back, interior computer/tablet pocket, quick release waist buckle, waterproof base, free-standing design, padded shoulder, straps and hip belt, ergonomically designed, padded and vented back, two interior zippered pockets, soft interior pocket, high-visibility lining, tripod/ski/fishing pole pocket straps, exterior key pocket. To use it, put the pack on and adjust the shoulder straps and hip belt. Secure and adjust the sternum strap. The release for the Shuttle Pod is the T-handle on the right-hand side of the pod. Pull the handle gently, and the pod will release and swing to the front. To lock the pod back into position, first swing the pod to the back. Using one hand on each side of the pod, gently pull the pod toward your back. You’ll hear a click when the pod locks into the latch.
