How to make [Step 1] Prepare 1.8 L of water. [Step 2] Pour 1 powder and 1 enzyme powder into the water. [Step 3] Use a whisk to stir evenly. [Step 4] Cover slightly and allow to age indoor water (20 - 20℃ / 68~77℉). You don't have to stir. [Step 5] A drink is being made throughout the day. When the fermentation begins by mixing the powder, micro-bubbles begin to rise. [step 6] After about 10 hours, the bubbles disappear over time, and the sweetness becomes less and the rice wine becomes a makgeolli.
