After soaking, the sticker can be easily removed from the base paper by tweezers. Moisten the fingernails, and use the tweezers to stick the pattern in desired position. 4. Sop up the water with a tissue and blow dry, or you can use the hair dryer to blow dry. 5. Cover with transparent nail polish and then be finished.
