Can be used for a whole range of sports, such as; MMA, BJJ, submission grappling, Wrestling, cross fit, swimming, surfing, jogging and just generally working out. Our Long sleeve rash guards can be worn by men or women. If you love nogi bjj or just wearing compression shirts when you work out then this is for you. Even if you are not a combat sports athlete, these base layers can be used for a range of EXERCISE and FITNESSS . Use these in your gym workouts, jogging routine, as a bjj rash guard or even as a simple base layer. See sizing chart for more detail. Please remember rash guards are tight fitting and some athletes prefer tighter fits.
