Al Pastor cooking sounds nice, but what if you don't have a spit to roast the meat on? Introducing BBQ Hack's Skewer Hack. Make delicious Tacos Al Pastor, Chicken Schwarma, and Kebabs right inside the grill you already own! Both the skewer and the stand of the Skewer Hack are made from high-quality stainless steel. The Skewer Hack will fit in any type of grill as long as there is at least 7" of clearance about the grates. All parts are stainless steel and dishwasher safe for easy cleanup and storage. Comes with 7", 8 3/4", and 12" skewers. Here is a few ideas of what you could prepare with the Skewer Hack: Beef, chicken, or shrimp kababs. Lamb, beef, or chicken schwarma. The traditional pork al pastor or the amazing cheese burger skewer tower. Veggie skewer or even if you want to get creative you can make an amazing dessert kabab! One of our favorites is the smores tower! Our unique design comes with handles on the side making it easily accessible to move to and from your grill or oven. There are plenty of amazing recipes online and we encourage our customers to experiment and be creative with what they prepare on this quality product! Here is a recipe for a great cheeseburger tower! Using your hands (give them a good wash please) mix together the beef mince with the salt, pepper & garlic powder. Weigh the burgers into 150g/5oz patties and press them into a large cookie cutter (this helps keep them the same size. Make sure your skewer is very sharp and stick it into the round side of half an onion. Rest this in the middle of a cookie cutter for added support and begin threading on the burgers and the sliced cheese alternately onto the stick. Make sure they are central or it'll fall over. Finish with the other half of an onion and cook at 400°F!
