The TDA7498 features an advanced sixth-generation BCD6S process (bipolar/CMOS/DMOS) that supports monolithic integrated analog, logic and high voltage functions. Compared to other Class D amplifiers, ST's BCD6S process achieves a higher chip area energy efficiency ratio while reducing crosstalk and improving sound quality.The BCD6S allows the integration of NMOS and PMOS complementary transistors in high power output circuits, eliminating the need for external bootstrap capacitors and cathode load diodes for legacy processes. This method simplifies design, saves board space, improves product design reliability, and optimizes material costs.Electrolytic capacitors use 2200UF/35V electrolysis to ensure a strong and continuous power support. The resistor uses 1206 0805 high-precision chip resistor to ensure a good signal-to-noise ratio of the whole machine.The PCB adopts 1.6mm thick double-sided sheet, 2.0 oz copper thickness, and the whole process of tin-spraying ensures the good passing performance of the current.
