Description: A device used by degaussers to eliminate residual magnetization caused by machining. The working principle is that magnetic lines are generated by the electromagnetic coil, and the magnetism of the original workpiece is directly or indirectly interfered by the magnetic lines to achieve demagnetization of the workpiece. The demagnetizer mainly demagnetizes the workpiece by introducing the coil magnetic flux into a plane through the iron core. The demagnetizer needs to charge the coil with alternating current. The workpiece is pushed from the top of the demagnetizer to the other side in a slow and continuous motion, and 0.3M after the edge of the demagnetizer is pushed out to complete the demagnetization. After the demagnetization is completed, turn off the power. Scope of application: Accurate demagnetization of workpieces with magnetic shapes of various shapes, when the workpiece is wiped off the surface of the demagnetizer by using a distance of about 0.3 m and then power-off, a good demagnetizer effect can be achieved.
