Ross Henery professional are proud to launch their newest professional kitchen / Chefs knife set to the US market. A lot of time has been spent designing and manufacturing this set. For over 2 years the team at Ross Henery professional based just outside London England have been working on this chefs knife set and have supplied many chefs ( Including very well established and famous 5* London restaurants ) to test the product and based on their feedback and comments we made some small changes and tweaks to the product and we are proud to launch the final product here on Amazon. The Ross Henery 10 Piece Professional chefs knife set. The set includes the following Items: 1 x 36 cm Chef’s knife 1 x 36 cm Carving Knife 1 x 32 cm Utility Knife 1 x 20 cm Paring Knife 1 x 20 cm Boning knife 1 x 34 cm Bread Knife 1 x 30 cm Sharpening Steel 1 x Meat Cleaver 1 x Carving Fork 1 x Zip up carry case This knife set comes in a heavy duty zip up storage case which is perfect if you are travelling. They are perfect for the professional chef or total amateur as well as for the domestic house or college student The whole set weighs around 6lbs. The knives are made from high grade stainless steel which hold a razor sharp edge longer than other cheaper steel that is offered on a lot of the cheaper knife sets on the market.
