The PB60 IFAK kit by Lightning X is an excellent pack for treating gunshot and stab wounds, as well as other life-threatening traumatic injuries. We give you the supplies that you need, without all of the unnecessary "fill" that you don\'t - like 100\'s of bandaids or gauze pads. ***THE BAG: The LXPB60 is designed to universally attach to your leg and belt via ballistic nylon webbing with non-slip stitching. Additionally, it can also attach to any MOLLE compatible gear, vest or bag with at least 4 rows of loops. The front is designed with a laser cut compartment for storing a permanent marker or tactical flashlight, as well as a pocket and webbing loop to hold a pair of trauma shears. The inside features 13 elastic loops with webbing pull tabs, and one nylon pocket for storing items like chest seals, ABD pads or burn dressings. The entire bag is made of extra strong 1000 denier nylon.
