Spaghetti Alla chitarra, or guitar spaghetti, is flat on the top and bottom creating a square profile rather than round strands. The chitarra pasta cutter double-sided design offers 2 strand widths to customize pasta. Use the narrow-set strings to slice traditional chitarra square spaghetti, 62 noodles At a time (Measuring 2-millimeters wide), or flip the board over to slice 32 tag noodles At once (measuring 5-Millimeters wide) with wider-set strings. Also slice dough for fettuccine, braided cookies, and other classic Italian recipes. Nothing tastes better than homemade pasta and learning how to make fresh pasta couldn't be easier. Simply roll out pasta dough to desired thickness and cut a sheet to fit the chitarra’s length and width.
