The inov-8® F-Lite 235 V3 cross-training shoe is a lightweight and flexible training shoe packed with performance technology that keeps you comfortable and protected throughout your routine. Shoe Fit Scale: Grade 5. • inov-8® shoes are designed with Met-Cradle technology to lock down the mid-foot for a stable hold. • Graded on a scale of 1-5, Grade 1 represents the closest, most precise fit. Grade 5 has the widest fitting toe box. Midsole Stack: 11mm / 7mm. Drop: 4mm. Minimally-constructed textile and synthetic upper with protective overlays and elastic mesh liners for breathable comfort. MET-CRADLE™ technology is built into the laces for a snug, secure, adjustable fit. Lace-up closure. Protective rubber toe cap. Padded tongue and collar. Breathable mesh lining offers a great in-shoe feel. Removable 6 mm footbed. POWERFLOW+ midsole delivers 10% shock absorption and 25% better energy return than standard midsoles. 360° ROPE-TEC™ system wraps around to the upper for maximum grip during rope climbs. Sticky rubber compound strategically-placed in high-impact areas of the outsole delivers secure foot placement.
