We use Japanese-made materials such as Kyocera Epoxy Resin, Sanken Ignition module and Germany Elektrisola Enamelled Copper Wire to ensure that our ignition products are able to meet the highest quality standards under extreme heat and pressure condition.The working temperature of the engine is between 80°C and 100°C. In the environment of high temperature for a long time, the ignition coil connector becomes the most vulnerable part. We use the stronger PPS as the shell material of the ignition coil, which can withstand a high temperature of 240°C. Avoid coil connector damage due to high temperature.The rubber boot of the ignition coil works in the environment of high temperature and high voltage for a long time, which will cause leakage and short circuit. We use Korean KCC Silicone as raw material, the highest temperature can reach 220°C. The life of the ignition coil is prolonged.Before leaving the factory, our ignition coil has passed Thermal Shock Test, High Temperature Durability Test, Oil Penetration Test, Salt Spray Durability Test. Our ignition coils passed high temperature durability test run for 1000Hrs, thermal shock testing for 100 cycles and water resistance test. After strict product testing, we can provide ultra-long warranty time: 14 months. Free 8 plug grease per package.
