Size Name:2.5-Gal DryWay PLUS Water-Repellent Sealer is the most powerful silane & siloxane water-repellent available. A commecial-grade verision of our original DryWay, approved by the US Department of Tranportation for superior protection against the penetration of water and chlorides. DryWay PLUS can be used on concrete, brick, pavers, stucco, and other any porous masonry. DryWay provides unbeatable protection against water penetration, staining, deterioration caused salts, and harmful freeze/thaw cycles. Treated surfaces will bead or shed water for years and years, reducing cracking, pitting, spalling, efflorescence and rebar corrosion. An advanced, water-based emulsion of silanes and siloxane, DryWay does not form a film, like acrylic sealers. Its small molecules penetrate deep below the surface and react chemically with the substrate and itself to form long-chain molecules. It’s like filling the pores with silicone caulk. The seal does not trap water-vapor and allows the substrate to breathe and dry out. DryWay is inherently resistant to UV-rays, heat, and oxidative degeneration. It is hidden deep inside the pores, hidden from the sun and elements. It will not yellow and there is no gloss. ESTIMATED SERVICE LIFE: 10-Years. FINISH: Clear/Flat. COVERAGE: - Poured Concrete: 150-200 sq.ft. per gallon - Brick/Pavers: 125-150 sq.ft. per gallon - Concrete Blocks: 75-125 sq.ft. per gallon - Split Face Blocks: 50-100 sq.ft per gallon. EXCLUSIONS: Stamped concrete, polished concrete floors, modified hydraulic cement, fiber-reinforced concrete.
