Humidity Requirements: As with other jewel alocasias Cuprea require a very humid environment 80-90 percent humidity. This can be accomplished by using a humidifier or placing pot on a bed of pebbles with water. Alocasia Cuprea will do well in temperatures ranging from 50-85 degrees farhenheight. Requires a well-draining soil, Alocasia Cuprea can be fed a liquid fertilizer for house plants just dilutue to half strength. Only feed alocasia cuprea during growing season, do not feed this plant during winter months. Pot: You will want a small pot that allows for drainage. You will want to repot after two years when the plant is mature. The new pot should not be much larger than the pot you first planted your cuprea. Plant in photo is not exact plant you woll receive. Plants look similar but may have different number of leaves also sizes of leaves differ.
