National Biryani Recipe Mix is for spicy rice with meat cooked, specially made by a panel of experts, using aromatic spices and the finest ingredients in exactly the right measure. It will enable you to cook delicious meals with ease that you and your loved ones can relish each day. Ingredients: 1.Salt 2.Red & Green Chilli 3.Dried Plum 4.Turmeric 5.Cardamom 6.Garlic 7.Ginger 8.Black Pepper 9.Caraway Seed 10.Coriander 11.Onion 12.Cinnamon 13.Fenugreek & Bay Leaf 14.Cumin Seed 15.Citric Acid 16.Clove Steps of Cooking: 1.Heat oil & fry onions till light brown. 2.Add meat, stirring frequently on medium heat for 5 min. For beef/mutton, add 4-5 cups of water and cook on low flame until the meat is tender. 3.Add tomatoes, ginger, garlic, yogurt and National Biryani Recipe Mix and cook on low heat for 10-15 min. 4.In a separate pan take 12 glasses of water, 3 tbsp. of National Salt and boil the rice until 3/4 done. 5.Make a layer of half the rice, put the layer of meat and cover with second layer of rice (sprinkle zarda colour and kewra essence as per need). 6.Simmer the rice for 5 min. on high flame, reduce the flame and cook for another 10 min. 7.Delicious National Biryani is ready.
