It will ensure efficiency and operator comfort, maintaining safety and accommodating vehicles, like cars, dually pickups, trailers, utility & boat trailers, etc., on various surfaces. It will withstand harsh weather conditions, protecting from corrosion, rust, wear, etc. Check key component details below:-Aluminum Cross Rails (2): It has zinc-plated end pieces and a telescopic design that extends from 59" - 90" (six holes for adjustments). The true positive camber is for even weight distribution.Dolly Frame w/ Greasable Aluminum Hubs (2): This dolly frame has self-lubricating aluminum bushings for smooth wheel/pivot point rotations, easy handling, and movements.Aluminum Wheels: The material will reduce weight, improve fuel efficiency, and ensure durability during high-speed highways.Aluminum Pry Bar: You will get a square pry bar for easy vehicle loading, which will seamlessly fit inside the pry pockets.Rubber Handle: Utilize a rubberized handle to carry wheels or simply insert a pry bar in the pry pocket for moving.Long Distances Approved: Use this dolly on freeways, highways, and interstates without distance restrictions. It is further tested at GM Proving Grounds in the US and the Mira Proving Grounds in the UK for European Certification.Tire Configuration & Load Capacity: The PRO dolly features four 5.70" (tire width) x 8" (Rim diameter) tires with 48" dolly loaded length, 38" stowed length, 18.5" dolly height, and 10.5" depth. It features crisscrossing layers of rubber for smooth maneuvering on various surfaces (including off-road or uneven terrain). The complete assembly will be able to handle a load capacity of 4,280 lb per set @ 65 mph & 100 PSI. It’s recommended to not surpass load capacity. Safety-Focused Product: It includes (1) S-hook ratchet tie-down strap and (1) lasso strap for wheels.Consider These Pointers Before Installation:Check all essential components are in good condition.Keep tire pressure at 100 PSI for optimal performance.Engage the parking brake of the towed vehicle.Keep the immediate area clear of unessential personnel.Ensure secure footing to avoid slipping or falling on certain surfaces.Hassle-Free Installation: Follow the steps for smooth installation:-Step 1: Place the cambered cross rail before and after the tires (rear). Adjust as per requirement.Step 2: Disengage the safety locks.Step 3: Insert the cross rail end piece into the aluminum wheel and engage the safety latch.Step 4: Rotate the cam handle 180 degrees to interlock the ratchet into the gear teeth. Engage all safety locks over trip handles.Step 6: Insert the pry bar into the pry pocket and rotate the spindle assemblies fully 90 degrees to stop. Do watch for the trip handle to rise 4-1/4" and listen to a snap sound. This means the dolly is now locked.Step 7: Tie the straps to the tires.Slow & Speed Lowering/Uninstallation: There are two processes for uninstallation but before that place the vehicle in park/gear and engage the towed vehicle’s parking brake, remove tie-down straps, and disengage all safety locks and safety ratchets. Now:-Slow Lowering: Insert the pry and relieve pressure to lift the trip handle up to 4". Slowly lower the pry bar when the spindle begins to rotate clear (utilize both hands).Speed Lowering: Lift the trip handles from the front together or one at a time. The dolly will automatically lower to the ground.
