Ci.Di. Complaints regarding damage to the material caused by the courier not signed with the aforementioned apostille cannot be resolved.
The warehouse stocks are not directly connected to the online site, therefore, it is possible that some products on the site are not currently available in stock.
In case of unavailability, even temporary, of the requested goods in the warehouse, Ci.Di. Service srl:

- will inform the customer via e-mail;
- in the shortest time possible, and in any case within thirty days starting from the day following the arrival of the confirmation e-mail, will refund the customer any sums paid for the payment of the supply, unless the customer communicates that he wishes to wait for the purchased product

Any delays do not lead to the cancellation of the order.
Once the order has been placed, the delivery cannot be rejected. Any stocks and returns will be charged exclusively to the customer.

This is in order to fully satisfy the condition of the art. 53 of the Legislative Decree. n. 206 of 06/09/2005.
AND? the Customer is prohibited from entering false, and/or invented, and/or imaginary data in the registration procedure necessary to activate the process for the execution of this contract and the related further communications; the personal data and the e-mail must be exclusively your real personal data and not those of third parties, or fictitious.
It is the buyer's duty to verify the integrity of the material received no later than 3 days (natural and consecutive) from the arrival of the product. After this deadline Ci.Di.Service srl will no longer be responsible for damage, lack of material or spare or replacement parts.
Ci.Di.Service srl reserves the right to legally prosecute any violation and abuse, in the interest and protection of all consumers.

The customer (consumer), who purchased products through the site from Ci.Di.Service srl, has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded with Ci.Di.Service srl, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within 14 (fourteen) working days: from the date of signing the order note; from the date of receipt of the goods.
This right is reserved exclusively for natural persons (consumers), therefore it cannot be exercised by legal persons and natural persons acting for purposes related to the professional activity carried out.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must:

A) send, within 14 (fourteen) working days from the date of signing the order note or from the date of receipt of the goods, to Ci.Di.Service srl, Via di Valle Foresta, 4B, 00062 Bracciano, (Rome), written communication of the withdrawal by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt. The communication can be sent, within the same deadline, also by telegram, telex, e-mail and fax, provided that it is confirmed by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt within the following forty-eight hours;
B) send to Ci.Di.Service srl, Via di Valle Foresta, 4B, 00062 Bracciano, (Rome), using a carrier of your choice and at your sole expense, within fourteen working days from the date of receipt of the goods, the purchased product(s), appropriately protected and packaged in the original packaging, accompanied by all accessories, documentation and user manuals. The identification tag and/or labels, if present, must still be attached to the products at the time of return.

The substantial integrity of the products to be returned is an essential condition for exercising the right of withdrawal. The products must not have been damaged or altered.
The customer must return the goods, using a carrier of his choice and at his sole expense, to the following address: ?Ci.Di.Service srl, Via di Valle Foresta, 4B, 00062 Bracciano, (Rome).

In case of exercising the right of withdrawal, Ci.Di.Service srl, having received the goods, checked that they are Integra , complete with all their parts, with the original packaging completely intact and without any damage, will refund the customer the amount paid, excluding direct costs for returning the goods to Ci.Di.Service srl, in the shortest time possible and, in any case within thirty days from the date on which Ci.Di.Service srl became aware of of the exercise of the right of withdrawal by the customer.
Ci.Di.Service srl will refund the customer the amount paid.
In case of partial withdrawal for the purchase of multiple products, transport costs will not be refunded.
The value date of the refunded amount will be the same as the charge.
