Return Policy & Warranty

Do you wish to return the item? Not a problem!

We accept returns within 30-days of your purchase, as long as the item remains in the same condition as received. We do not charge restocking fees.

The warranty period is 90-day.

We do our best to ensure all parts are in proper working condition. However, used parts are tricky to deal with. Sometimes even tested parts someway arrive in an unworking condition. So whatever you do, sometimes it happens. Besides, the human factor is always a weak point.

I hope you understand the risk of dealing with used parts:
- Used car parts fail or do not function correctly more often than new ones;
- Improper installation may cause damage to the item and voids the warranty;
- Labor, programming, and other associated costs NEVER covered;
- Warranty void – if the item returned physically damaged, with parts missing or been taken apart or altered/modified;

Warranty only covers the original cost of the item, and under no circumstances no circumstances "GP-Parts" is responsible for recovering any cost above the purchase price of the item.

Engine warranty requirements:

Before installing the engine, replace – gaskets (valve cover gasket, oil pan gasket – most important ones), fluids, seals, filters, spark plugs, belts, aluminum bolts (the ones holding valve cover, oil pan, etc.). These are consumables. You MUST service the engine to keep the warranty active.

Any aftermarket or performance parts or software present on the car voids the warranty.

Engine components such as timing chain, VVT gears (Vanos, VTEC, etc.), vacuum pumps, chain guides are not covered.

Any accessories (alternator, power steering pump, a/c compressor, etc.) left on the engine for installation convenience only. Accessories are not under warranty. That is your own risk and responsibility of reusing them.

Engine overheat, low crankshaft oil level or oil starvation voids the warranty.

Perform all the works with a licensed, ASE-certified mechanic shop or dealership - is a MUST. If not – warranty voids.
