Porsche Design, founded by FA Porsche 40 years ago, has a storied history of innovative uses of material and forward thinking concepts.  After all, the same man that drove the helm of PD until his passing earlier this year is responsible for one of, if not the, most lasting design in not only automotive, but consumer products history, the Porsche 911.  Today we are showing you the new line of Porsche Design P'6300 Flat Six watches.

There are three new models here, two three-handers and a chronograph.  First we have the P'6350, a 44mm steel time-only watch that is very much in the Porsche Design mindset.  It is super sleek, and uses a Sellita SW200 self-winding movement.  The P'6351 is the same watch but sized at 40mm.  We should point out that while the P'6351 is shown with a white dial and rubber strap, it is also available in the more masculine form seen with the P'6350.  In fact, there are over ten different dial colors and straps available for both the 44mm and 40mm Porsche Design Flat six models.  The case, while always in steel, can be had in the following finishes: mat-finished and polished stainless steel or mat-finished and polished PVD-coated stainless steel case; mat-finished and polished screw-down stainless steel or PVD-coated stainless steel crown.  Essentially, there a bunch of options here. The P'6350 is $4,130.

The Flat Six Chronograph (P'6360) uses a Valjoux 7750 movement and is available with carbon fiber dial (REAL carbon fiber, not plastic that looks like CF).  It is also 44mm in diameter with a host of different styling options.  Pricing ranges from $5,460 for steel examples to $6,180 for PVD coated guys with carbon fiber dials.
